The Bravo convection oven is programmed with 12 cooking functions such as air fry, toast, grill, bake, roast, slow cook, dehydrate, defrost, and more. It also features 100 one-touch recipe presets for easy cooking without the guesswork. The newly designed and engineered fan and housing can produce 100% faster fan speed for quicker cooking and irresistibly crispier and golden-brown results.

Adjust the ratio of top and bottom heaters from 0 to 100% and convection fan speed for different types of heating zones. With the upgraded convection system, the temperature difference between each layer is only 0-1°F, making multi-layer cooking more even and efficient than ever before. The Bravo air fryer oven features a cooking temperature range from 50°F to 500°F in precise 5°F increments.

Bravo XL Pro with Grill can easily accommodate two 13-inch pizzas, a 10-lb Chicken, a 6-lb Roast, and a 2-lb French Fries, making it suitable for large families and gatherings. Its compact size allows it to fit perfectly in small kitchens, motorhomes, and RVs. Once the desired doneness temperature is set, Bravo air fryer oven constantly monitors the internal temperature of your food and automatically ends the cooking process when the desired internal temperature is reached.
